This bipolar surface electrode is used to stimulate motor nerves through the skin. It consists of an injection unit with 2 gold-plated sockets for felt inserts or metal inserts (nickel free). The centre-to-centre distance from the cathode to the anode (+ pole) is 20mm. The electrode may be fastened to the stimulation point with tape for serial stimulation of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP).
Felt inserts are included with the electrodes (Order No. 334004).
Felt inserts should be exchanged after every application.
